RESEARCH

Do you like researching, computing and puzzles?

​

As a Researcher, you will run multiple searches, each time learning from the results of the last, in order to find the best possible people for our clients.

​

You won't have to speak or meet with these people, unless you want to; that's the job of the Engagement Execs and Consultants.

​

If you're a first-class Researcher, you can always go on to train others and build a team.

ENGAGEMENT

Do you like speaking with people for the first time?

​

If you enjoy listening to people, find out what they like and what motivates them, this may be the right role for you.

​

You will call, email, message and meet remotely with people all over the world.

 

This is a candidate engagement and management role. 

​

Once you've proven to be awesome in this role, why not train others and grow a team.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Do you enjoy finding and 'winning' new customers?

​

If you have experience in business development, sales or providing bespoke solutions to clients, this could be the role for you.

​

You will be finding prospective clients, engaging with them by phone, video call, in-person and by email & messages. 

If you love BD plus the Engagement side, you're probably suited to a '360' Consultant, Manager or Senior Manager role.
